As a convenience to our patients, Reservoir Dental participates with following Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs):

- Metlife
- Tri-Care
- United Concordia
We do accept patients with other dental insurances as a out-of-network provider. In most cases, the insurance company will directly reimburse the patient for any dentistry performed at our office. Please contact your health care administrator or insurance provider for specific reimbursement rates and costs.
Reservoir Dental does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. Please contact us if you have any questions about your dental insurance plan.
At all times, you can be confident that we will always provide you with our best services without regard to the limitations imposed by your insurance coverage. To do otherwise would violate our contract with you -- a contract we feel morally obliged to honor.
